Reed Galasinski : Meeting (1)

Candidate: Reed Galasinski

Related Goal: Reed Galasinski : Improving communication between employees and patrons to help enforce rules and regulations.

Our first meeting was to go over the ideas and suggestions Reed had that would better our overall outlook within Aquatics. He came with his main goal, of which, was improving the enforcement of rules and regulations at the pool. This meeting was very productive and inspiring, Reed came with great ideas and motivation; follow along with our tasks and meetings to see what he has planned!

Action items:

Going into the next meeting, Reed is going to begin brainstorming his 2 tasks and leadership goal. I am hopeful in what he will prepare and advised him to create a lead by example type of activity. This will demonstrate his competence in leadership and management.
