Sophia has improved so much in swim lessons this session. She has worked super hard to learn how to go underwater unassisted which she has now mastered. She will be working on swimming with assistance on her front and back until she gets more comfortable in the water and can start attempting to do it unassisted. Overall she is a pleasure to have in swim lessons each week!

G: Independent water exploration in chest deep water with supervision
G: Lay flat on your back in zero-depth water with ears underwater.
