Goal wording: Improve LC communication with swim instructors to clarify each’s expectations
- Before lessons, talking about instructor expectations to group and a rose and thorn kind of thing
- Debrief after lessons
- Have instructors and LCs break into groups of ~6:1
- In these groups, give feedback to instructors and next group assignment- easier for LCs to manage employees
- Instructor evals
- If different insts for different groups, develop better way for them to communicate about certain skills/needs
