Shira has been a pleasure to have in swim lessons. She has gotten so comfortable doing her freestyle stroke and is now working towards swimming on her back independently by using a kickboard and practicing arm circles. Overall she is so fun to have at lessons and has improved a lot this year.

G: Be a part of a group activity like Bake a Cake
G: Follow instructions and play a three step game like “Treasure Hunt.”
G: Independent water exploration in chest deep water with supervision
G: Lay flat on your back in zero-depth water with ears underwater.
L1: Go underwater & recover to standing
L1: Going Underwater Unassisted
L2: Streamline 3 body lengths on front
L2: Streamline and then front crawl arms for 5 body lengths (total)
