Alexandra is a rock star at lessons! She has a great attitude and is always ready to jump in. She has a very strong streamline on both her front and back, and right now we are working on keeping her form up over distances. We work on these skills by using repeated practice with specific skills and consistent feedback from her instructors. Overall, she has been making great progress!

G: Independent water exploration in chest deep water with supervision
G: Lay flat on your back in zero-depth water with ears underwater.
L1: Go underwater & recover to standing
L1: Going Underwater Unassisted
L2: Streamline 3 body lengths back (can be in soldier)
L2: Streamline 3 body lengths on front
L2: Streamline and then back crawl arms for 5 body lengths
L2: Streamline and then front crawl arms for 5 body lengths (total)
L3: Back crawl 8 meters with body at surface
L3: Demonstrate Breaststroke Kick on edge
L3: Demonstrate Butterfly Arms
