Related Goal: Aubrey Korzyniewski: Prevent and reduce impact of mistakes for Cashier and Concessions.
The goal is to make sure that all employees know how to log and check pizza temp to make sure it stays out of the danger zone. A sign that says wash before you glove. Sign of what can and can’t be touched with gloves.

Action items:
Create the signs to be posted in concessions hopefully we can see an improved effort from employees to follow the rules and better food safety will be practiced. She also proposed an idea for the next meeting to create an opening checklist similar to the closing one to make sure everything is turned on and properly prepared for the day at Mitchell.
Aubrey Korzyniewski: Meeting 2
In today’s meeting we discussed the completion of the new food safety, freezer, and glove signs. These signs were made to help with the improvement of following guidelines and maintaining safer conditions for both employees and patrons. You will find the signs posted within both Mitchell and Deerspring Concessions. Highlighted from these is the importance of 140 degree temperature monitoring for pizza, making sure freezer doors are completely shut, and that gloves are being used to touch only items appropriate.
Action items:
Looking to Meeting #3, I will be creating Microsoft Forms in replacement of our current checklists within the offices. These forms will be used to monitor employee competence and any issues occurring in concessions. Overall, the forms will hold cleaning tasks, restock issues, complaints, and any other general concessions notes. Mitchell and Deerspring will have different forms based on what needs to be done and what is kept at each facility.
Task Completed: Yes

Task Evaluation:
I think this is a really good improvement to concessions because many employees assume just wearing gloves is enough but then touch money or the floor and it defeats the purpose. Aubrey also proposed moving the gloves to a spot and putting the sign over it so everyone always knows where they are. The finished posters seem to address many of the problems in concessions and should improve the function and safety of the concessions booth.
