Annabel has improved so much during this session of swim lessons! She has mastered going underwater without assistance and recovering once she does so. She is now working to swim on her stomach and back unassisted which takes time but she will be doing so with the progression of starting with her hands or head on her instructors shoulders and then will eventually pull away from that and do it individually. Overall her improvement has been amazing!

G: Be a part of a group activity like Bake a Cake
G: Follow instructions and play a three step game like “Treasure Hunt.”
G: Independent water exploration in chest deep water with supervision
G: Lay flat on your back in zero-depth water with ears underwater.
L1: Go underwater & recover to standing
L1: Going Underwater Unassisted
