Lila has been a pleasure to have in swim lessons this session. She is working on getting more comfortable in the water. Eventually she will start to use the underwater progression that starts with her shoulders, chin, lips, ears, eyes, and then her entire head. This takes time but she can do it. Overall she is so sweet and has improved a lot.

G: Follow instructions and play a three step game like “Treasure Hunt.”
G: Independent water exploration in chest deep water with supervision
G: Lay flat on your back in zero-depth water with ears underwater.
