  • L4: Front crawl 20 meters with bilateral breaths
  • L4: Streamline + 2 strokes Fly w/ breath on #2
  • L4: Swim 50 meters Front or Back Crawl

    Michael has been an absolute pleasure to have in swim lessons this summer. His improvement has been incredible. Currently he is swimming in a level 4 group working on swimming freestyle and back stroke full length distances of the pool, and putting together his breaststroke and butterfly–two of the most challenging skills. Overall, he is doing well and we are proud of his progress!
