Noah has been killing it at lessons! He has great endurance and is a joy to work with. Right now, we are working on maintaining his form in freestyle and backstroke through specific feedback from instructors and frequent repetitions. Overall, he has been making great progress!

G: Follow instructions and play a three step game like “Treasure Hunt.”
G: Independent water exploration in chest deep water with supervision
G: Lay flat on your back in zero-depth water with ears underwater.
L1: Go underwater & recover to standing
L1: Going Underwater Unassisted
L2: Streamline 3 body lengths back (can be in soldier)
L2: Streamline 3 body lengths on front
L2: Streamline and then back crawl arms for 5 body lengths
L2: Streamline and then front crawl arms for 5 body lengths (total)
