Nora has been a pleasure to have in swim lessons this session. She has gotten way more comfortable in the water. She is using the underwater progression to work on putting her head underwater. The progression starts with her shoulders, followed by her chin, lips, ears, eyes, and then her entire head. Overall it has been so great to see her improvement.

G: Follow instructions and play a three step game like “Treasure Hunt.”
G: Independent water exploration in chest deep water with supervision
G: Lay flat on your back in zero-depth water with ears underwater.
