Nuolin is ending swim lessons this summer in level 1, which focuses on increasing overall comfortability in the water, especially with getting a swimmers face/head in the water using our underwater progression (shoulders, chin, mouth, nose, ears, eyes, and finally the entire head). In level 1, he is either still learning or has mastered the following skills: supported front float, supported back float, going underwater unassisted, and going underwater and recovering to standing without touching the bottom. Overall, we are proud of his progress this summer and hope he continues to learn to swim in the future!

G: Follow instructions and play a three step game like “Treasure Hunt.”
G: Independent water exploration in chest deep water with supervision
