Rayna has been a joy in swim lessons so far this summer! She is currently working on her supported glides and going underwater using our underwater progression. The progression starts with the swimmers shoulders then chin, mouth, nose, ears, eyes, and finally the entire head. Overall she has been doing a great job!

G: Follow instructions and play a three step game like “Treasure Hunt.”
G: Independent water exploration in chest deep water with supervision
G: Lay flat on your back in zero-depth water with ears underwater.
