Action items:
On June 5th Lelia and I deeply reviewed my entire guide and made sure I am prepared to properly lead the first year in services. We changed some language and added in a few more questions/activities. We as well made sure every section was properly structured so any instructor would be able to use my guide. I uploaded my meetings and my task and was shown how to use the Aquatics page. We finished by making sure I uploaded every necessary piece of info in the Aquatics page.
Gale: Second meeting first year inservices
On May 29th I met with Lelia at Deerspring. She had reviewed our ideas with Jeff and we figured out that I would be able to make a guide for first year in-services but not a quiz because it would take too much time when training time is limited. We also decided we would not make requirements to graduate first years since it’s up to management’s digression and we wanted guards to have as much practice as possible. We talked a while about how to format my guide so that future guards could understand how to run each station without me being there. We as well discussed making the guide as interactive as possible. We brainstormed some examples of questions and scenarios in which first years could show off knowledge, such as having the new guards show where to find parking requirements on humanity. I told Lelia about my ideas for having certain interactive demonstrations during each week and got approval. She as well told me to include instructor notes to make sure that any instructor would know the purpose of the guide and how to structure each station. I completed the instructor notes and a section of the first week and got it reviewed by Lelia. She made sure that the formatting was comprehensible to any guard and neatly structured. We ended the meeting with a brief run through of the rest of the secretions I planned to complete.

Information about the Goal
Gale H arrived at their goal through a series of meetings and refinement. Learn how that process happened.
What should we improve?
The candidate chose items in the aquatics program and department to improve. Goals are broad targets that we will work towards. Every meeting and task done will be in service of that goal. Goals should be large enough to encompass many tasks. Goals may not be attainable. Goals are our guiding direction; our North Star.
Gale H's brainstormed ideas:
To ensure all guards understand the responsibilities and behavior they are expected to have in the workplace
