Brain stormed different cleaning orders (ie hosing them surfaces) to ensure everything flows and makes sense
Discussed cleaning options that might be avoided, or not done as often and implemented a time in the schedule to do it (ie spraying the fridge and organizing the janitors closet)
Made sure the checklist was understandable, and not complex to follow so anyone can read it and quick know what to do, for how long, and when to switch tasks
Made the checklist visually appealing and organized so that important parts people might be confused with or unsure are easy to follow
