This task was created in regard to making concessions a safer place for patrons and improve accessibility for everyone. Having a list of dietary restrictions helps staff be more proactive in helping patrons have access to products we sell. Additionally, it is time efficient to have a premade list of restrictions so staff can quickly and evidently help patrons.

Today me and Aubree had our first meeting and began to discuss potential goals, tasks, and ideas to better the overall outlook for concessions.
Ideas consist of:
- Turning off pizza warmer 30 min prior to close, makes it easier for employees to clean warmer once closed.
- Potentially buying parchment paper for pizza trays, reduce need of washing, cheese sticking, and easier transfer.
- Creating a guide for employees to know what products are gluten free, celiac friendly, kosher, etc.
- Video tutorial on putting together and taking apart the pizza warmer.

I have started creating a guide for concessions that show the main allergies and what foods we sell that contain them. My first meeting i went to concessions and i took pictures of every thing we sell. I have started the guide and have completed the major allergies i am currently trying to figure out what is kosher
My intentions for this task is to make a overall safer food environment for patrons. Additionally i have had personal experience with food allergy awareness i have people in my life with life threatening allergies and i have seen first hand what being unaware of food ingredient can cause.
Action items:
looking to the next meeting my intentions are to make it safer for concessions to clean the pizza warmer, Aubrey has already spoken to the other concessions managers to ask their opinons on shutting off the warmer early so that it has time to cool before it has to be taken apart. I have also been looking into getting circular parchment for the pizza trays.
overall the turning off the warmer early and using parchment will improve the cleanup and will prevent workers from getting burns
