  • Unanimously Agree that scheduling two weeks in advance is doable and ok with everybody
  • Concessions Managers have no preference on who they schedule with the exception that nobody wants to schedule Swim Instructors
  • Biggest problems regarding scheduling
    • People flipping between pools on back to back shifts when the auto schedule is made
    • Figuring out how to use humanity
    • Aligning manager and headguard schedules with lifeguards (timing wise)
    • A lot of people ask for unnecessary things that make our lives more difficult. We also need to make the rules clearer so people stop trading and releasing shifts that make our job harder.
  • Unanimous agreement that Standard operating procedures or guide would be helpful for the Concessions managers
  • Areas that are still confusing/unclear are bank deposits and tech problems
  • Improvements that could be made
    • less people working on the schedule at once
