  • Something to hold pool schedule so it’s not just loose on the counter
  • Store the enormous yellow cord somewhere
  • More shelving underneath counter
    • easier to clean surfaces with less stuff on the counter

Janitor’s closet

  • Some scrubber/mop wall holders don’t work
    • Replace them with new ones and get more to hold brooms too
  • Bin for small scrubbers
  • Plunger holder
  • More shelving to get stuff off the ground and out of the way

Guard office

  • Bigger plastic drawer to keep random items off of counter

    is not a task.

    A task is a thing you’re doing that will serve your goal.

    This might be a step or a thing you do to prepare for your task, but a “Task” is a larger product of work like running a training, or creating a new policy with implementation (it involves multiple steps). Walking around the pool might be a way to generate an idea, but shouldn’t be done on the clock to brainstorm.
