    Evaluation from 2025 season:

Excellent implementation of the cleaning shifts! We had a meeting (Autumn and I) to discuss what worked and what can be improved.

Recommend changing the kid pool vacuuming and the max cleaning to be for the Head Guards duties, and not the cleaners. The head guard will teach 1 person how to clean the max and how to set up the vacuum.

Autum will create an update for the 2026 season which includes the changes we’ve discussed.

Very well done! I’m super happy how this turned out!
