Meeting 5: Andrew Kluge refining DPD mentorship page
Action items:
In this meeting, Samuel and I worked to refine the mentorship page so everything was easy to find and all relevant information was in one spot. We linked all relevant meetings and tasks, ensuring they had accurate and detailed descriptions so that my mentorship process could be easily reviewed. We showed the progression of both this year and last year and made sure that the page was near completed.

Task Evaluation:
Hi Deerfield Aquatics,
For this mentorship project, I created two concessions cleaning checklists for both Mitchell and Deerspring. These will be printed out at the start of each week, and after each shift, the employees will initial to indicate all tasks are completed. This will encourage a clean and effective concessions process to make sure that each shift can end more quickly and that the concessions area stays clean throughout the day. I made some changes to the layouts of the spreadsheet so that the week started on Saturday instead of Monday and so that the words could be larger and more easy to fill in week after week.
This final checklist should be completed by the end of each shift before clocking out. Then the checklist should be checked by either the concessions manager or shift manager to ensure that all tasks were completed well. If the manager is pleased with the task completion, they will put their initials in the initials box and dismiss the concessions workers. Overall, this will make sure that the concessions booth is cleaned often and ensures a clean environment for us to work and for customers to feel safe while eating their food.
